על יסוד עתירה זו שהובאה היום לפני בית-משפט זה, מצווה בית המשפט כי ייצא
מלפניו צו על-תנאי המכוון אל המשיבים 1-2 והמורה להם לבוא
וליתן
טעם מדוע לא יצהיר בית המשפט:
א.
כי על המשיבים 1-2 להימנע מלמנות את מר עמית אוברקוביץ כנציג נוסף של העובדים בדירקטוריון חברת החשמל, בצד מר דב אורן.
ב.
כי על המשיבים 1-2 למנות ו/או להמליץ על מינוי העותר לכהונת דירקטור בדירקטוריון חברת החשמל לישראל בע"מ כנציג עובדי החברה, בכפיפות לאישור הועדה לבדיקת מינויים לפי חוק החברות הממשלתיות.
המשיבים 1-2 יגישו תשובתם, אם רצונם בכך, תוך 30 ימים מיום המצאת כתב זה,
לבית-המשפט ולבעלי-הדין ישירות.
