ניתן בזה צו-על-תנאי כמבוקש.

הדיון בעתירה ייערך בהרכב של 9 שופטים.

מתגובות המשיבים לעתירה עולה כי ביום 21.7.2010 הונחה על שולחן הכנסת הצעת חוק פרטית שכותרתה "הצעת חוק לימודי יסוד במערכת החינוך, התש"ע-2010" (פ/2611/18) (להלן: הצעת החוק ). מדברי ההסבר להצעה עולה כי הצעת החוק באה לבטל את החוק העומד לביקורת בעתירה שלפנינו ותחת זאת להתנות את המימון הציבורי בחובת לימודי יסוד (בכפוף לחריגים המנויים בהצעת החוק). בדיון שקיימנו ביום 06.09.2010 נמסר כי "תקופת ההנחה" של הצעת החוק מסתיימת עם פתיחת מושב החורף של הכנסת. נוכח מורכבות הנושאים הנדונים בעתירה, ובהתחשב בכך שהצעת החוק הונחה על שולחן הכנסת, אנו סבורים כי יש מקום לאפשר לכנסת לקיים את ההליך שהחל סמוך לאחר הגשת העתירה.

לפיכך, המשיבים יגישו תשובתם לצו-על-תנאי בתוך 120 ימים. העותרים יוכלו להגיש תגובה בתוך 30 ימים מיום קבלתה. עם קבלת התשובות נחליט על המשך הטיפול בעתירה.

מלאכוף את תכנית לימודי הליבה על מוסדות החינוך התרבותיים-ייחודיים.
המשיבים יגישו תשובתם, אם רצונם בכך, תוך 120 ימים מיום
המצאת כתב זה, לבית-המשפט ולבעלי-הדין ישירות.
