החלטה

בעתירה שבפנינו, שניתן בה צו על תנאי, מבוקש כי נורה למשיבים לממן עריכת ברית מילה למתגיירים בגיור שאינו אורתודוכסי. בפני בית משפט זה תלויות עתירות בהן עלתה השאלה האם על המדינה להכיר בגיורים שאינם אורתודוכסיים (בג"ץ 11013/05 ועתירות נוספות). ברור, כי הסוגיה של ברית מילה כחלק מגיור שאינו אורתודוכסי קשורה קשר בל יינתק בסוגיית הגיור עצמו. על כן, דעתנו היא שלעת הזו אין מקום לדון בעתירה דנא אלא יש להמתין להתפתחויות בהליכים העוסקים בסוגיית הגיור.

הטיפול בעתירה זו יושהה איפוא כאמור לעיל.
