נוכח הערותינו מסר בא כוחו של העותר כי אינו עומד על הכרעה בדיון הנוסף.
מיותר לומר כי עצם העובדה שהעתירה לדיון נוסף נמחקת, אין בה כדי למנוע בחינה של חוק המרשם הפלילי ותקנת השבים, התשמ"א-1981, והצגת הצעות לתיקונו, בין אם על בסיס המוצע בדו"ח של ועדת קנאי ובין אם על בסיס אחר.
העתירה נמחקת איפוא.
