מבלי לגרוע מאיזו טענה שהשמיע מי מהצדדים ורק על מנת שהתמונה תעמוד בשלמותה בכל הנוגע לדברים שהשמיע ב"כ רשם העמותות, עו"ד כהן, בפני בימ"ש קמא, מתבקש בזה עו"ד כהן להעביר לעו"ד זיסמן בתוך 21 ימים את המסמך המדובר המתייחס לדיווח של עמותת אלערפאן בדבר הפסקת פעילותה. עם קבלת המסמך יודיעו עו"ד זיסמן ועו"ד קרת בתוך 14 ימים לבית המשפט האם נוכח האמור באותו מסמך שינו מעמדתם כפי שהוצגה בערעור זה. העתק המסמך יועבר גם לעו"ד חלבי ביחד עם עותק ההודעה כאמור של עו"ד זיסמן ועו"ד קרת והוא יוכל להתייחס לאמור בה בתוך 14 יום נוספים.
לאחר קבלת ההודעות והמסמך כאמור יינתן פסק-דין בערעור ללא צורך בטיעון נוסף אלא אם כן יודיע עו"ד חלבי כי הוא חוזר בו מן הערעור.
