בקשה להארכת מועד
החלטה
1.
המועד להגשת ההודעה מוארך כמבוקש.
2.
ראוי לשבח את בא-כוח המערער על הפעולות שנקט בהן לצורך ביצוע מסירה למשיב. דא עקא, לאור האמור בדו"ח של חברת החקירות, אין בידי לקבוע כי בוצעה המצאה כדין למשיב.
3.
על כן, אין מנוס מנקיטה בהליך של תחליף המצאה, כמפורט בהחלטת כבוד הרשמת ג' לוין מיום 17.6.2009 ובהחלטתי מיום 27.10.2010 (כלומר, הדבקה על לוח המודעות בבית המשפט המחוזי בירושלים, ופרסום בשני עיתונים יומיים נפוצים, האחד בעברית והשני בערבית, באמצע השבוע). המסמכים שיומצאו בדרך האמורה הם צו הסיכומים, החלטתי מיום 27.10.2010 והחלטתי הנוכחית.

תחליף ההמצאה יבוצע על-ידי המערער תוך 20 ימים מעת קבלת החלטה זו.
5.
המועד להגשת סיכומי המשיב יחול תוך 21 ימים מעת ביצוע הפרסום.
בהיעדר הגשת סיכומים מטעם המשיב לאחר ביצוע תחליף המצאה, יימשך הטיפול בתיק ללא סיכומי המשיב בהתאם להוראות הדין הרלבנטיות.

המערער יודיע לבית המשפט עם סיום הליכי ההמצאה, בצירוף תצהיר שבו יפורטו המועדים הרלבנטיים.
7.
מועד הדיון שנקבע בתיק – יבוטל. היומן יקבע מועד חדש בשים לב לתאריך שבו הוגש הערעור ולהשתלשלות העניינים בו.
