בקשה בעניין הסיכומים
החלטה
לפניי בקשת המערערת לקבל את סיכומיה על אף שנערכו – בשל טעות בתום לב כנטען – ברווח של שורה וחצי ולא ברווח כפול, כמצוות צו הסיכומים. אלא שטעות כזו אינה מהווה הצדקה להרחבה, בפועל, של היקף הסיכומים. כמו כן, הוראות צו הסיכומים לגבי הרווח בין השורות נועדו להקלה על לקריאה. מטעמים אלה, אין להיעתר לבקשה. הסיכומים שהוגשו יושבו, אפוא, לידי המערערת, וזו תגיש סיכומים חדשים, ערוכים לפי הוראותיו של צו הסיכומים, עד ליום 14.4.2011. סיכומי המשיב יוגשו עד ליום 16.5.2011. סיכומי התשובה מטעם המערערת יוגשו, ככל שתחפוץ המערערת בהגשתם, עד ליום 15.6.2011. יתר הוראותיו של צו הסיכומים עומדות בעינן.
