רשמנו לפנינו את הסכמת הצדדים, לפיה את סעיף 8 לפסק הדין קמא יש לראות כהנחיה המחייבת בחינה תכנונית של הצעת תכנית שתוגש על ידי המערערת בפרק הזמן הנזכר, בלא כניסה לגוף שיקול הדעת שתפעיל הוועדה המחוזית בחלוף אותה תקופה.
אין צורך לומר כי זה האחרון יהיה נתון לביקורת שיפוטית, בבוא השעה.
בכפוף להסכמה זו, נמחק הערעור ללא צו להוצאות.
