החלטה
בסיומו של הדיון ולאחר שבעלי הדין השלימו טענותיהם הועלתה הצעה מסוימת. לפי ההצעה תערכנה פראפרזות של ההסכם שבית משפט קמא הורה על חשיפתו ואלה תבואנה תחת חשיפת ההסכם.
בנוסף העלינו אפשרות שמשפחתו של התורם תגיש מסמך ובו הנמקתה להתנגדות לחשיפתו של ההסכם, וכן ציון של ההוראות המסוימות שהמשפחה מתנגדת במיוחד לחשיפתן (כל זאת בהנחה שאין מ דובר
בהתנגדות עקרונית לחשיפתו של כל ההסכם).
המערערים יגישו הודעה עד ליום 15.10.2013 ואילו המשיבה תגיב עד ליום 17.11.2013.
