החלטה
המבקש עותר לכך שההחלטות בתיקים שבכותרת, בהן מופיע שמו, "יוסרו" מאתרי האינטרנט, למעט אתר הרשות השופטת, כך שלא יופיעו במסגרת חיפוש אקראי במנועי החיפוש המקובלים.
אין מקום להיעתר לבקשה. כאמור אף המבקש עצמו אינו מבקש לחסות את ההחלטות או את שמו באתר הרשות השופטת, וטוב עשה שלא עתר לכך נוכח ההלכה הנוהגת עימנו לפיה "הכלל הינו כי הדיון הוא פומבי" ובפרט בשים לב לכך שההחלטות שניתנו בעניינו מפורסמות ממילא מזה זמן (ראו: הוראות סעיפים 68 ו-70 לחוק בתי המשפט [נוסח משולב], תשמ"ד-1984; ע"א 4362/99 טייב נ' עיתון כל העיר (4.7.1999); בג"ץ 5770/05 ויזל נ' מפכ"ל המשטרה (9.8.2005); בג"ץ 2691/10 פלוני נ' שר הפנים (12.5.2013)).
ואולם גם המבוקש על ידי המבקש - להורות על הסרת ההחלטות מאתרים אחרים כך שלא יופיעו בחיפוש שנערך במנועי החיפוש המקובלים - אינו מבוסס על עילה מבוררת בדין, והמבקש אכן לא הצביע על כל מקור נורמטיבי אשר מכוחו יש להורות כמבוקשו.
אשר על כן, הבקשה נדחית.
