לא ברור מדוע הצדדים מוצאים להתכתב ביניהם באמצעות תיק בית המשפט. מכל מקום, המערערת והמשיבה 5 הודיעו על הסכמתם לגישור, מבלי לגרוע מכל טענה העומדת להם, וחזקה עליהם כי יגיעו חיש-מהר להסכמה על זהות המגשר. בהיעדר הסכמה, יודיעו הצדדים לתיק בית המשפט
