החלטה
בקשתם של הארגונים החברתיים להצטרף להליך במעמד של "ידידי בית משפט", תובא לפני ההרכב שידון בערעור. מבלי שיהיה בכך משום הבעת עמדה לגבי הבקשה, אני מתיר לארגונים להגיש לבית המשפט עמדה תמציתית (משותפת), בהיקף שלא יעלה על 8 עמודים, עד ליום 20.8.2012, תוך המצאתה במקביל לכל בעלי הדין.
