בתיק זה ניתנה ביום הארכת מועד להגשת סיכומים, לפיה יגישו המערערים את סיכומיהם עד ליום 31.1.09.
עד היום לא הוגשו סיכומי המערערים, ולא הוגשה בקשה להארכת המועד להגשתם.
אני מאפשרת למערערים ליתן טעם תוך חמישה ימים, מדוע לא יימחק הערעור מחוסר מעש או יועבר תיק הערעור להרכב לשם דיון בו, על פי תקנות 448(ג) ו-450(1) לתקנות סדר הדין האזרחי, התשמ"ד-1984.
העדר תגובה יביא למחיקת הערעור או להעברתו להרכב כאמור ללא התראה נוספת.
