החלטה
1.
הערעור נקבע לשמיעה ליום 16.9.2013 בשעה 11:30.
2.
במטרה לייעל את הליכי השמיעה ולחסוך בזמן שיפוטי מתבקשים באי-כוח הצדדים להגיש לבית המשפט, ולמסור זה לזה, עיקרי טיעון קצרים בכתב שיכללו פרוט הטענות, הפניות לאסמכתאות משפטיות וכן מובאות מן הפרוטוקול ומן המוצגים שבדעתם לסמוך עליהן.
עיקרי הטיעון יוגשו כך שיהיו קריאים וברורים. הרווח בין השורות בהדפסה יהיה רווח כפול לפחות. האותיות יהיו בגופן 12 והמרווח בין האותיות יהיה "רגיל", תוך השארת שוליים ברוחב של שני סנטימטרים לפחות מכל צד. מידות אלה מתייחסות לגופן David . אם בעלי הדין משתמשים בגופן אחר עליהם להתאים את מידותיו לדרישות אלה.

המערער יגיש את עיקרי טיעוניו לא יאוחר מיום 5.8.2013 בהיקף של עד 6 עמודים.
המשיבים יגישו את עיקרי טיעוניהם לא יאוחר מיום 27.8.2013 בהיקף של עד 6 עמודים.

באי-כוח הצדדים ימסרו זה לזה במישרין העתקים מעיקרי הטיעון המוגשים, לא יאוחר ממועד הגשתם לבית המשפט.
החלטה זו תועבר לצדדים, ללא דיחוי, באמצעות הפקסימיליה.
