על יסוד עתירה זו שהובאה היום לפני בית-משפט זה, מצווה בית המשפט כי ייצא מלפניו צו על-תנאי המכוון אל המשיבים והמורה להם להתייצב וליתן טעם מדוע נוכח הוראות ההתאמה כסעיף 4 לחוק שירותי הדת היהודיים (נוסח משולב) תשל"א-1971 ונוכח האמור בנספחים 2 ו-4 לעתירה המתקנת, לא ייקבע כי לכהונת יו"ר מועצה דתית יש צורך בהתאמה למילוי תפקיד זה , ומדוע לא תשוב המשיבה 3 לדון במועמדות המשיב 4 לכהונת ראש המועצה הדתית.
המשיבים יגישו תשובתם, אם רצונם בכך, תוך 30 ימים מיום המצאת כתב זה, לבית-המשפט ולבעלי-הדין ישירות.
