החלטה
ביום 9.6.2014 הגיש המבקש בבש"א 4068/14 (להלן: המבקש ) בקשה להארכת מועד להגשת הליך ערעורי על החלטת בית המשפט של פשיטת רגל מיום 28.4.2014 לדחות בקשה להארכת מועד להגשת ערעור על הכרעת הנאמן בתביעת החוב מטעמו (להלן: הבקשה להארכת מועד ). בקשה זו טרם הוכרעה.
ואולם, מתברר כי בין לבין הגיש המבקש, ביום 26.6.2014, ערעור בזכות (ע"א 4549/14, להלן: הערעור ) הן על צו הפטר אשר ניתן על ידי בית המשפט של פשיטת רגל ביום 12.5.2014 (היינו לפני הגשת הבקשה להארכת מועד) והן על ההחלטה מיום 28.4.2014 שהיא נשוא הבקשה להארכת מועד. זאת, מבלי לציין בגדר הערעור את דבר קיומה של הבקשה להארכת מועד, ואף מבלי למסור עדכון כלשהו על דבר הגשת הערעור בגדר הבקשה להארכת מועד.
לאור האמור יגיש המבקש, תוך 7 ימים מיום המצאת החלטה זו (ימי הפגרה יבואו במניין), התייחסות לעניינים הבאים:

הסבר לעניין פשר ההתנהלות הדיונית הנזכרת לעיל;
(2)
מה מקור זכותו של המבקש להגיש ערעור בזכות על ההחלטה מיום 28.4.2014 וזאת בשים לב, בין היתר, להחלטתו של בית משפט זה בבש"א 7178/12 נעימי נ' עו"ד קידר (25.11.2012) (ערעור על החלטה זו נדחה על ידי כב' השופט ס' ג'ובראן בפסק דינו מיום 12.2.2013: בש"א 9340/12).
