החלטה
כפי שעולה מהחלטת כב' הרשם שני בעע"ם 7373/10 מיום 1.11.2010, ככל שהמבקשת מעוניינת להשיג על החלטתו של בית המשפט המחוזי לאישור התובענה הייצוגית בנוגע לביטוח התאונות האישיות, כי אז עומדות בפניה שתי דרכי פעולה אפשריות: האחת , לבקש הארכת מועד להגשתה של בקשת רשות ערעור על ההחלטה הנדונה (כפי שנעשה); והשנייה , להמתין עד לסיום ההליך בבית המשפט המחוזי ולהשיג על ההחלטה האמורה במסגרת הערעור על פסק-הדין בתובענה הייצוגית, ככל שיוגש. על-פני הדברים, בשלב זה לא עומדת למבקשת זכות ערעור על ההחלטה הנדונה, ולפיכך אין באפשרותה להגיש ערעור שכנגד בעניין.
בהתחשב בכל אלה, תודיע המבקשת תוך 7 ימים מעת המצאת החלטה זו, האם היא עומדת על בקשתה להארכת מועד להגשת בקשת רשות ערעור. ככל שהתשובה חיובית, תציין המבקשת בהודעתה מתי הומצאה לידיה החלטת בית המשפט המחוזי נשוא ההליך שבכותרת.
