החלטה
בגדר הבקשה שלפניי עותר המבקש לעיין בפסק הדין אשר ניתן בהליך שבכותרת (מיום 18.8.1996). בניגוד לאמור בבקשה, הרי שמבדיקת העניין עולה כי פסק הדין פורסם למצער בחלק מן המאגרים המשפטיים. בנסיבות אלו, איני רואה מניעה להיעתר לבקשה.
המבקש יהיה רשאי לעיין בפסק הדין במזכירות בית המשפט, לאחר תיאום מראש ובהתאם לנוהל המקובל. לחלופין, ככל שימסור המבקש מספר פקס מטעמו, מתבקשת המזכירות לשלוח לו את פסק הדין באמצעות הפקסימיליה.
