החלטה
יש להצר על כך שהבקשה מוגשת "בדקה ה-91".
אף איני רואה בעין יפה את טענת המבקשת כי לא ידעה שבא כוחה הקודם הצהיר כי לא תוגש בקשה נוספת, וניתן היה לצפות כי לבקשה יצורף תצהיר, ולמיצער אישור, של בא כוחה הקודם.
לבקשה דכאן צורף מכתב של דודה של המבקשת ללא תאריך, ומכתב משטרת גאנה מתאריך 20.7.2013 כהאי לישנא:
Under Duress Marriage
In 2 nd January 2008(?) mother Lucy A.K.A Sareh Awueh came to Regional Police Headquarters to lodge a complaint that her husband who is a Nigerian man Adebisi Enreke(?) wanted to force their daughter Florence Aweiusi Lyabo into marriage.
2.We hereby confirm that the complaint was filed on threat of death while forcing marriage. The complaint was examined and proved to be as true and established. Unfortunately, the police was short of men so could not interfere in this family issue and its customs. It was explained that the police cannot provide security to all people over the Country and cannot find a solution to this matter. So the police asked the mother to fly her if only she can to escape from the marriage.

למרות כל אלה, אני נכון להיעתר לבקשה, וניתן בזה צו ארעי נוסף למניעת הרחקתה של המבקשת מהארץ.
