שמענו מיד בתחילת הדיון כי מספרן של חברות הגבייה כנראה מצומצם ובוודאי שאין מ דובר
בעשרות רבות. נראה לנו כי ראוי שחברות הגבייה תצורפנה כמשיבות, שכן הן עלולות להיפגע אם תתקבל העתירה. כמו כן ראוי שהעותרת תערוך בירור נוסף בשאלה האם לשכת עורכי הדין מעוניינת להצטרף כמשיבה לעתירה.

המשיב 4 מתבקש לערוך בירור תוך 10 ימים מיהן חברות הגבייה. דיווח על זהותן יימסר לבא כוחה של העותרת עד ליום 24.4.2014. תוך 10 ימים מקבלתה של רשימת החברות תגיש העותרת עתירה מתוקנת שתכלול את חברות הגבייה. על פי מה שתמסור לשכת עורכי הדין יוחלט על ידי העותרת האם לצרף את הלשכה. משתוגש עתירה מתוקנת נחליט לגבי המשך הטיפול בעתירה.
