החלטה
1.
מתגובת המשיבות 1-2 ומתגובת המערער להן מתבקשת המסקנה כי אין מקום להשהות את הטיפול בהליך שבכותרת ככל שהמערער עומד על בירורו.
2.
הדיון בתיק קבוע ליום 3.1.2011, ואינני סבורה כי בנסיבות העניין מוצדק להורות על דחייתו של מועד זה. מאחר שטרם הוגשו סיכומים בתיק, אני קובעת את המועדים להגשת סיכומי הצדדים כדלקמן:
א.
המערער יגיש סיכומיו עד יום 25.11.2010 (יוער כי בבקשתו מיום 11.10.2010 ציין המערער כי "אין לי מה להוסיף על האמור בכתב הערעור". ככל שהמערער מוסיף להחזיק בעמדה זו, הוא רשאי לבקש לראות בהודעת הערעור כתב סיכומים מטעמו).
ב.
המשיבים יגישו סיכומי טענותיהם עד יום 19.12.2010.
ג.
המערער יהיה רשאי להגיש סיכומי תשובה, אם יחפוץ בכך, עד יום 27.12.2010.
יתר הוראות צו הסיכומים יוותרו בעינן.
