החלטה
בגדר ההליך שבכותרת הגישו המבקשים "בקשה בהולה במעמד צד אחד לעיכוב ביצוע צווי פינוי", וזאת עד להכרעה בבקשת רשות הערעור עצמה. משכך, ההליך הובא בפני שופט מבלי להמתין להפקדת העירבון על ידי המבקשים (כפי שנעשה בדרך כלל). ואכן, ביום
12.6.2014 הורה כב' השופט א' רובינשטיין למשיבה להגיש תגובתה ביחס לטענות מסוימות אשר הועלו על ידי המבקשים, וזו הוגשה ביום 19.6.2014.
בנסיבות אלו, בהן ההליך מצוי בשלבי טיפול מתקדמים יחסית, סבורני כי אין מקום ליתן למבקשים ארכה משמעותית להפקדת העירבון, ובוודאי שאין מקום לדחות את מועד הפקדת העירבון עד להחלטתו של בית המשפט המחוזי בבקשה אותה הגישו המבקשים ביחס לכספי העירבון בהליך דשם. זאת, בפרט על רקע העובדה שלא נפרשה בפניי תשתית עובדתית וראייתית כלשהי בדבר היעדר יכולת כלכלית של המבקשים.
מכל מקום, בנסיבות העניין ניתנת למבקשים ארכה קצרה להפקדת העירבון כך שהוא יופקד עד ליום 10.7.2014. ככל שלא יופקד העירבון עד למועד האמור - יירשם ההליך לדחייה ללא הודעה נוספת.
