בהמשך להחלטתנו מיום 25.12.2013 בבג"ץ 7385/13, ובהתחשב בהחלטתו של הנשיא א ' גרוניס מיום 8.1.2014 בבג"ץ 8425/13, ומאחר ששתי העתירות תבואנה בפני אותו הרכב, על המשיבים להודיע עד ליום 21.1.2014 האם הם מסכימים שגם הדיון בבג"ץ 7385/13 ייערך כאילו הוצא צו על תנאי. דומה שאין צורך לומר כי האפשרות הנזכרת של דיון כאילו הוצא צו על תנאי, אינה מלמדת על עמדתנו לגוף העתירה במקרה זה.
