ניתן בזאת תוקף של פסק-דין להסכם הפשרה בין בעלי הדין, מיום 21.1.2014, המצורף לפסק-הדין ומסומן באות " א ". זאת, בלא לדון בערעור לגופו.

מיותר לציין, כי על בעלי הדין להגיש לכל הערכאות המפורטות בסעיפים 4-2 להודעה מיום 21.1.2014, בקשות מתאימות למחיקת ההליכים התלויים ועומדים לפניהן.

בהתאם למוסכם, הערעור יימחק בלא צו להוצאות. הדיון הקבוע ליום 10.9.2014 מבוטל. הבקשה להשבת האגרה תוכרע על ידי כבוד הרשמים של בית משפט זה.
