לפני בקשה לפי פקודת בזיון בית משפט, שבמסגרתה מבקש המשיב 2 לאכוף על המבקשת לציית להחלטת בית משפט זה מיום 28.9.2014 (להלן: ההחלטה ), ולהורות כי המבקשת תחוייב בתשלום קנס בעבור כל יום בו לא תבצע את האמור בהחלטה.
דין הבקשה להימחק על הסף, מבלי להתייחס לגופה. בית משפט זה עמד לא פעם על כך ש"הערכאה המתאימה לדון בבקשה לפי פקודת בזיון בית המשפט היא הערכאה הדיונית, הגם שפסק הדין שמבקשים לאוכפו ניתן בערכאת הערעור" (עע"ם 8675/11 טדסה נ' יחידת הטיפול למבקשי מקלט (10.12.2012), והאסמכתאות המפורטות שם).
