בקשה לביטול החלטה
החלטה
המערערת עותרת לביטול החלטתי מיום 27.6.2013.
ההחלטה התבססה על העובדה שהמערערת הגישה בקשה להוספת ראיות ביחס למוצגים נשוא ההחלטה, ואף ציינה בעיקרי הטיעון כי למרות שהמוצגים נוצרו לאחר מתן פסק הדין ואף לאחר הגשת הערעור, צירפה אותם לתיק המוצגים על מנת שטיעונה לא יימצא חסר. ברם, הואיל והמערערת עומדת על זכותה להגיש תגובה לבקשת המשיבה 1, אני נעתרת לבקשתה, מבטלת את סעיף 1 להחלטתי מיום 27.6.2013 ומורה למערערת להגיש תגובה מטעמה לבקשה בתוך שלושה ימים ממועד המצאת החלטה זו לידיה.
המערערת מתבקשת למקד תגובתה בשאלה כיצד העובדה שהגישה בקשה להוספת ראיות עולה בקנה אחד עם צירופן של אותן ראיות לתיק המוצגים מבלי שניתנה לה רשות לכך וזאת בשים לב לדין ולהלכה הנוהגת.
המזכירות תמציא החלטה זו למערערת, ללא דיחוי, באמצעות הפקסימי ליה.
