החלטה

מאחר וטרם הוגשה השגה ערעורית לבית משפט זה על החלטתו של בית המשפט המחוזי בתל-אביב (כבוד השופט י ' גייפמן ) מיום 23.12.2013, אין לבית משפט זה סמכות לדון בבקשה לעיכוב ביצוע של ההחלטה הנזכרת (תקנה 467 לתקנות סדר הדין האזרחי, התשמ"ד-1984).

איני רואה כל סיבה להאריך המועד להגשת השגה ערעורית לבית משפט זה על ההחלטה מיום 23.12.2013.

אין ללמוד מהחלטתי זו כי סבור אני שלמשיב 1, שהינו פושט רגל, יש מעמד להגיש השגה ערעורית על החלטת בית המשפט המחוזי.
4.
החלטה זו תישלח אף לעו"ד יואב שרון, הנאמן בפשיטת רגל של המשיב 1.
