במהלך הדיון ביום 14.4.10 בבג"ץ 861/07,
הוסבה תשומת ליבנו לשני ערעורים התלויים ועומדים ב בית משפט
זה – ע"א 2054/09 ו-ע"א 8192/09 – שאף הם נסבים על הסוגיה של חלוקת יחידות ההשתתפות בתנובה בין חברי האגודה השיתופית.

ראוי כי ערעורים אלה יישמעו בצוותא חדא עם התיק הנוכחי. ייקבע מועד קרוב לדיון על ידי המזכירות.
