בהתאם לסדרי הדין המקובלים בבית משפט זה, בקשה להגשת ראיות חדשות בערעור מתבררת ככלל לפני המותב הדן בערעור, במהלך הדיון בערעור עצמו. לא מצאתי לחרוג מכך במקרה דנן. אשר על כן, הבקשה להארכת מועד להגשת הסיכומים המתוקנים מטעם המערערת עד למתן החלטה בבקשה לצירוף הראיות הנוספות נדחית. כתבי-בית-הדין המתוקנים מטעם המערערת יוגשו תוך 3 ימים מעת המצאת החלטה זו בהתאם לאמור בהחלטתי מיום 23.4.2012.
